Porch Supper with SUDFIRE Summer in the Mediterranean, a private live fire dinner in Old Town Clovis

We're hosting our next Porch Supper with SUDFIRE, a small, live fire dinner at Nourish inspired by long summer evenings on the Mediterranean coast. The menu honors what's in season and what's local, because that's just how we cook. Real wood fire. Real ingredients. A table with only a few seats at it.

Chef Ana of Mesa Mia will lead a four course menu, paired with wine or a non-alcoholic pairing. Live music will carry through the evening, the kind that lets conversation stay easy.

At the center of it all: the SUDFIRE Hearth. A grill inspired by the South of France and built right here in the Central Valley. You'll see it in action, hear the story behind it over dinner, and if it's something you want in your own space, there'll be a chance to reserve one from the next limited round.

Seating is intentionally small. This one's special, and we'd love for you to be at the table.
