SUDFIRE Hearths are heavy live-fire products and are typically delivered by freight carrier, local delivery, or coordinated final-mile delivery depending on your location and order details.

Delivery Methods

Most freight deliveries are curbside or delivered to the nearest accessible delivery point unless white-glove delivery or additional service is arranged in advance.White-glove delivery may be available in select locations for an additional fee and may include placement, unpacking, or assembly depending on the service selected.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery timing may vary based on production scheduling, freight carrier availability, customs clearance, weather, carrier scheduling, delivery access, and your location.SUDFIRE will communicate updates as your order moves through production, shipping, and delivery coordination.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:Providing accurate shipping and contact information.Making sure the delivery location is accessible.Being available during scheduled delivery windows when required.Inspecting the product at delivery.Notifying SUDFIRE promptly of visible damage, missing items, or delivery issues.Missed delivery appointments, incorrect addresses, limited access, or failure to respond to delivery coordination may result in delays, redelivery fees, storage fees, or additional charges.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order while the carrier or delivery personnel are present.If visible damage is present:Take photos before unpacking if possible.Note the damage with the carrier.Keep all packaging, crates, and damaged components.Email info@sudfire.com immediately with photos and a description.Visible delivery damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.Concealed damage should be reported within 48 hours of discovery.
