Limited Warranty

SUDFIRE LLC warrants eligible SUDFIRE Hearth Collection products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, subject to the exclusions and claim process below.

Coverage Periods

Hearth body / structural components: 1 year

Carbon steel cooking plate: 1 year

Included grates and handles: 90 days

Accessories: 90 days

Finish / cosmetic condition: delivery inspection window only

What Is Covered

Eligible manufacturing defects, structural defects, weld defects, cooking plate defects, accessory defects, and missing or defective parts reported promptly after delivery.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, seasoning, patina, discoloration, heat marks, cosmetic wear, Corten runoff, rust from improper care, damage from improper fuel, misuse, neglect, unsafe placement, excessive fire size, unauthorized modifications, commercial/event/rental use without written approval, or failure to follow the Owner’s Manual.

Real Fire Changes the Product

A SUDFIRE Hearth will change with use. The cooking surface will darken and season. Corten steel will patina. Heat, flame, oil, food, smoke, and weather will leave marks over time. These changes are expected and are not defects.

How to File a Warranty Claim

Email info@sudfire.com with your order number, proof of purchase, serial number if available, description of the issue, and photos or videos.

Do not continue using the product if you believe there is a safety issue.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
