Warranty
Sudfire grills are built from heavy steel and designed to last for years.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
Because Sudfire is a live-fire steel product, normal changes in appearance are expected over time. This warranty does notcover:
surface patina changes
seasoning development on the cooktop
normal wear from fire, heat, and cooking
cosmetic variation, discoloration, or minor scratches
rust or deterioration caused by improper care, storage, or maintenance
damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper fuel, or unauthorized modifications or repairs
If you experience an issue, please contact our team with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the problem. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
